  • Co-ordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Conduct clerical duties, minutes taking, consolidating reports, responding to emails and preparing documents
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Provide administration support to management and sales team if needed


  • Degree or diploma holder of Hospitality or related discipline
  • Working experience gained from Sales or Operations in hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills and outgoing
  • Well organized and detail-minded
  • Proficiency in PC knowledge and able to work independently
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
