Responsibilities

  • Dispatch all incoming documents through fax, courier, post office & internal department within service standard
  • Responsible for scanning and indexing all incoming documents within the agreed time frame
  • Ensure good quality for all images and dispatch all imaged documents to relevant party on time
  • Perform imaging record reconciliation
  • Coordinate with relevant party for handling unidentified documents
  • Provide other supportive function services, such as filing documents, returned mails handling and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative works
  • Basic knowledge of MPF Scheme and related regulations preferred
  • Good typing skills (both English and Chinese)
  • Good spoken & written English and Chinese
