Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of administrative support in a professional manner;
  • Responsible for providing full spectrum of administrative services to the department, including monitor office and administration system & equipment, ordering materials, clerical work, etc.
  • Handle invoice settlement process including purchase requisitions;
  • Support ad hoc projects and assignments as and when required;
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • F.5 or DSE or above.
  • 1 year working experience, experience in large organization preferable.
  • Good communication, organization and problem solving skills.
