Job Responsibilities:
 - Provide sales administration support to sales team
 - Preparation of quotation, tender document, presentation,
   order processing, filing and general administrative functions
 - Work closely with various vendors to ensure pricing/quotation
   can meet clients’ expectation
 - Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
 - Higher Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Business Administration
   or relevant discipline
 - 2years or abovein relevant working experience, particularly in
   engineering field is preferred
 - Good communication skills and able to work with various internal
   and external parties
 - Ability to work quickly, accurately and reliable
 - Well organizedand willing to learn
 - Able to work independent and strong sense of responsibility  
 - Solid experience in using MS office and Powerpoint
 - Fluent in English, Chinese and conversational Putonghua is preferred

Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00, Sat 09:00-13:00 (Alternative Saturday-off)
