We are a construction company looking for a self-motivated individual on the following position :-


Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and administration support
  • Perform daily operations of document filing, contrl and data entry
  • Handle e-mail and phone enquiries as receptionist
  • Coordinate with different departments
  • Perfirn ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements

  • Form 5 or above with at least 2 years relevant working experience
  • Good command of English, Cantonese
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skill
  • Independent, organized, self-motivated and with positive working attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Words, Excel, Chinese work processing and Power point
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
