Advertising Sales Manager

This role is focusing on new business development and client relations management. We are providing a self-developed online platform (with advertising space) reaching out 30 millions of travellers across the globe everyday. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work within a self motivated, highly driven and focused team. Able to use your initiative.
  • Negotiate and sell advertising campaigns, to advertising agencies and any pre-determined clients, based within Hong Kong
  • Business development will be a focus.
  • Work with executive level marketing professionals to develop campaigns, which requires strong relationship building and a polished approach.
  • Develop account opportunities, sell/close product packages to meet clients’ business goals.
  • Directly and independently build up a pipeline of opportunities for Hong Kong, Macau or global
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to ensure all individual and team objectives are met.
  • Work with the global advertising team to maximize revenues from global advertising opportunities, where relevant.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree equivalent degree or with a minimum of 3 – 5 years advertising sales experience.
  • A proven track record of successfully selling digital media and print. Ability to sell both direct and to media agencies.
  • Excellent media agency / client contacts.
  • Outstanding communication (written and verbal), sales and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding analytical, numerical and problems solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Strong understanding of online advertising.
  • Customer focus: passionately meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Relationship building: builds effective relationships through positive communication that motivates and influences others. Is an honest, trustworthy and valued team member, actively involved in achieving team objectives.
  • Personal effectiveness: produces outstanding results both professionally and personally, by being proactive and committed. Continually focuses on achieving positive results contributing to the business.
