Our client is a global luxury leather goods brand and they are looking for energetic high caliber to join their Customer Services/Retail team.


  • Responsible for the operations and logistic of repair services
  • Being the contact person between local boutiques, repair center and HQ
  • Offer quotation, repair advice and guide boutiques to deliver the right information to customers
  • Coordinate on spare parts delivery logistics from HQ to warehouse, warehouse to repair center and repair center to boutiques


Other Requirements:

  • >2 years of experience in after sales or customer service in luxury goods industry
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Native in Cantonese
  • Customer service oriented
  • Basic understanding of leather goods and RTW
  • Office-based, but able to work on Saturdays
