The Job

  • Support Agency Development director to monitor agency performance to align with company's direction
  • Responsible for daily ad-hoc enquiries from responsible regions to ensure the business continuity
  • Assist strategic planning in responsible regions for achieving good production, recruitment and persistence
  • Enhance the communication and understanding between agency and internal departments
  • Prepare the tied agency reporting for local and regional requirements
  • Support the implementation and execution of the on-going tied agency development initiatives

The Person

  • Your relevant experience (3-5 years) in insurance industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong business drive, analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
