Agile Coach (Scrum Master)

Our client, a multinational company, is looking for a high calibre candidate to fill up the following positions

Job Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor team members to improve quality, efficiency and flow of change delivery across IT specifically in the Agile ways of working, Agile principles and related mindset as we transform how technology and business work
  • Coach, facilitate and mentor teams and team members to become self-sustainable for delivery, prioritisation and continuous improvement.
  • Working to bring the best out of teams and embedding metrics, best practices such as lean and agile, continuous improvement tools, as well as automation and waste reduction
  • Develop and create relevant frameworks for lean delivery, continuous improvement and structure across IT teams
  • Guide and build strategy for knowledge and skills capability across teams
  • Provision of artefacts for value measurement, lean tools, delivery of value and best practices for regular ceremonies across teams
  • Create and facilitate agile awareness and training sessions
  • Build and promote a culture of champions across technology and the business to assist in development of self-sustaining teams.
  • Promote and embed new ways of working operating model across technology domain.

 

Job requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Commerce, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ of relevant experience in adopting, establishing and embedding agile practices and culture within a large organisation
  • Preferably with Agile Certification
  • Possess a successful and proven track record as an Agile Coach in driving organisational change management
  • Experience in delivering projects / initiatives / Products under an agile methodology
  • Excellent understanding of all aspects of the software development lifecycle and the application of quality processes
  • Understanding and keeping updated with current and emerging technology and their potential business opportunities
  • Development, support, implementation and IT delivery experience and deep knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing and best practices, as well as lean and agile.
  • Excellent communication skills to all levels within organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to empathise and create high levels of trust
