• Responsible for handling daily booking
• Communicate with overseas offices, agents & customers;
• Responsible for issuing booking, updating data into the system, providing customer service to client, order follow up;
• Coordinate and communicate with different parties. (Warehouse, Trucker, Customers, Colleagues)
• Tertiary education with 1-2 or more years’ solid experience in Air Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry for Customer Service Clerk. (at least 3 years’ solid experience for Sr. CS Officer)
• Preferable to have relevant certificate / training in respect of Cargo Security; Cargo Handling; Dangerous Goods Awareness / Regulations/ Customer Service handling.
• Good spoken / written English and Chinese; Mandarin preferable.
• Good communication, interpersonal skill and good telephone manner.
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word and Excel.
• Independent, customer-oriented and self-motivated.
• Report to Assistant Manager – Customer Service.
Working Location: 36 Tsing Yi Hong Wan Road, Asia Logistics Hub (10-minute free shuttle bus provided @ Tsing Yi MTR)
