•Arrange cargo pick-up and document pick-up
•Verify correctness & completeness of documents provided by shippers for all shipments
•Perform export declaration on behalf of customers when required
•Issue invoice for payment collection from overseas offices/agents, customers & co-loaders
•Complete HAWB and MAWB for shipment uplift
•Prepare related document & shipment report
•Handle general enquiries from internal departments, customers and overseas offices.
•Hands-on PC skill including MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
•Good Command of verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
•Independent, detail conscious and able to work under pressure
•No experience in this field is welcomed
