The Role

  • To provide passenger services operations by providing professional customer services to passengers
  • To facilitate the departure and arrival processes to maintain a secured, punctual and safe operations on behalf of customer airlines
  • Providing passenger services at arrival / transit hall and boarding gate

The Person

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
  • Conversational in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Positive attitude with a commitment to work in the aviation industry
  • Detail-minded, patient and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to overtime work in the airport
  • Daily roster pattern: 1500 - 0100 (work hour may extend subject to operations needs)
