For around 6 - 9 months, you will be able to promote to our Services Leader! *
Directly reporting to Passenger Services Supervisor (PSS), the incumbent will be responsible for:-
Ensuring all pre and post-flight duties are carried out correctly and promptly
Controlling last minute passenger acceptance at flight close when required
Collection of any charges on behalf of airlines, such as Departure Tax, passenger travel ticket, excess baggage purchase, etc
Collect, safeguard and return all accountable documents, including pay-in slips, cash or credit card forms to Accounting Office
Counselling team members when difficulties arise and develop skills of individuals, to enhance personal and team performance
Monitoring and providing assistance to Airline Ground Crew in the absence of PSS
HKCEE / HKDSE graduated or equivalent
Good Command of English and Chinese
Confident in using computer system
Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently and responsibly.
Customer-focused mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Willing to work on shift and overtime work in the airport
