An Airline Service Platform is looking for talent who has strong passion in professional customer services and would like to work in night shift time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide genuine customer services with professional and warm manner
  • Assist customer on the trip planning including fare quotations and booking reservations
  • Provide one-stop service including ticketing, answer general inquiries and helping customer to handle contingency situations
  • Prepare customer quotations by using different avaiation operating systems


  • At least 1 year+ working experience in customer service related industry
  • Experience in ticketing at Call Center, Travel, Airport, Airline would be definitely a plus
  • Passion in developing career in professional customer service industry
  • Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and conversational Mandarin
  • Fresh Grad will be also consider 

Job Offered:

  • 5 working days per week
  • 14 days paid annual leave
