Researching, analyzing, trading, allocating and monitoring banking book positions in FVOCI account across all asset classes, including: bond, interest rate swaps(IRS), Cross currency swap(CCS), basis swaps,
Communicating verbally and in writing with other traders, risk managers, relationship managers, finance, regarding market developments, account positioning, risk limits, interest PnL, and hedging trade execution
Monitoring account positioning, proposing and discussing potential hedging trades to adjust account positioning, modelling and executing trades
Working alongside internal groups on interest risk management, derivative-related matters, including assisting with operational capability buildout, contributing to risk management communications and reporting, resolving settlement issues, working on regulatory developments and requirements, and ensuring pricing accuracy
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal parties and other market participants
Requirements
Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or other quantitative discipline
At least 5 years' treasury or ALM working experience in banking field
Financial markets work experience; experience trading derivative markets strongly preferred
Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Bloomberg. Reuters, and Python knowledge is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
A strong sense of personal accountability, and the ability to problem solve
Time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of risk management and the ability to develop execution strategies
Good command of both English and Chinese, including Mandarin
