Job Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate commitment to regulatory requirements and guidelines with a high level of ethical standard
  • Perform day-to-day customer due diligence checking/review/approval (e.g. data input, name screening, company search, risk assessment of customers, reviewing supporting documents of application for Octopus Wallet account and merchant businesses, etc) according to the established procedures and guidelines
  • Conduct and coordinate periodic review for accounts with higher risk level
  • Prepare regular reports with analysis for management reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • University Degree holder in Accounting, Information Technology or related disciplines is a plus. Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Relevant work experience in financial services industry is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Attentive to details with strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter with integrity
  • Sensitive to numbers with a high level of accuracy
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills for handling internal and external parties
  • Proactive with can-do attitude
  • Immediately available or in short-notice period candidate is a plus
