SG CIB is the Corporate and Investment Banking arm of the Societe Generale Group. Present in over 50 countries across Europe, the Americas and Asia. SG CIB provides corporate, financial institutions, investors and public sector clients with value-added integrated financial solutions.
The Asset Backed Product (ABP) division is a fully integrated joint-venture between GLFI and MARK. ABP is the centre of expertise and single entry point for engineering, distribution and trading of ABS type securitised products, trade receivables and structured loans. ABP's activity is exclusively focused on clients (Corporates, financial institutions, insurance companies and investors in a wide sense, such as private equity, fund managers, specialised funds, hedge funds).
While linking issuers and investors, ABP also enables SG to ensure there is a fully consistent and consolidated credit and market risk approach across all segments in this context, and enables to optimize the use of scarce resources.
