Analyst/ Associate, Corporate Finance
Job Matcher Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in execution work, including sponsorship work for initial public offerings, financial advisory work for corporate transactions such as M&A, financing, etc.
- Assist in performing financial analysis, valuation analysis, market and data research, documentation work and preparation of marketing materials
- Assess potential deals by market research, valuation analysis and financial modeling
- Prepare pitch book and business proposals
- Liaise with professional parties and communicate with relevant regulators in connection with respective implementation of projects
- Ad hoc projects as assigned by senior team members for business development
- University degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s)
- 2 -3 years working experience in corporate finance, investment bank, financial advisory/ modeling or auditing experience
- Good knowledge about financial market, investment banking and corporate finance activities
- Attained all regulatory criteria for carrying out investment and advisory activities
- Strong business acumen, good analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua
- Willing to travel and able to work under tight deadlines
