Responsibilities:
  • Provide support on analyzing existing and new policies applicable to GBAM Asia; implementation of processes enabling compliance with the same, in collaboration with COOs and support Partners. Ensure that global banking & markets activities are compliant with internal and external regulatory guidelines
  • Maintenance of SID/SMA (Supervisory Information database and supervisory management application) infrastructure and testing of documented supervisory procedures against actual process
  • Associate on-boarding and enablement (new hires & transfers)
  • Quarterly/Semi-Annual Controls Check – Voice Recording, Outlook Delegation, Registration & Licensing etc.
  • Mandatory Leave Control
  • Trader Mandate Review and Refresh
  • Cross Border Travel Guideline and process control enhancement
  • Expense monitoring and related controls for policy adherence
  • Business Continuity response plans and readiness and testing
  • Information protections management - Trouble shooting and liaising with GIS/GAO to resolve issues raised by GBAM Security Point of Contact (SPOC) on security control and user access review requirement
  • Any other adhoc projects that management require us to work on
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree graduate
  • Prior experience working in within Business Control, Compliance, Operations and Support preferred
  • Advanced spreadsheet background, financial analysis
  • Good understanding on banking operations, process flow and knowledge on regulatory requirements
  • strong organizational skills, multiple projects management orientation, attention to details
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with associates at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in Global Banking & Markets Organization
