Job Responsibilities:

Incident Tickets
1. Understand every incident and details, what's going wrong, impact to Business, underlying root cause.
2. Make sure long term solution(s) be applied before ticket closure.
3. Make sure preventive measure(s) be applied before ticket closure.
4. Escalate to management on any ticket without root cause, long term solution or preventive measure, during weekly review meeting.

Incidents Report
5. Ticket category and sub category should be reviewed before ticket closure.
6. To generate monthly report on Problem Management from the raw data.

Task Coordination
7. Manage and coordinate all problem meeting with appropriate task owner, and ensure latest information be updated into ticket.
8. Assist problem manager to track and trace and latest progress of every ticket,

Tasks to be reviewed further
9. Responsible on the daily health check update sent to management.
10. Coupe related tasks
11. BAU change coordination, e.g. fund change.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 year IT experience (infra / app), preferred in Insurance industry.
  • Preferred ITIL (foundation) certified.
  • Degree holder in IT related disciplines.
  • Experience on root cause analysis work.
  • Sound knowledge on Insurance business.
  • Possess an analytical mind.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • Good team player and interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to learn.
