Analyst - Loans Operations Team

Our client is a reputable bank, due to business expansion, they are looking for an Analyst to join their Operations team.

Responsibilities :

Loan Admin

  • Review the draft loan documentation, obtain Credit Approval & Facility Termsheet and set up of the client data in ACBS, i.e. borrower, facility agent and the relevant counterparties. 
  • Manage Loan Draw - Ensure to obtain the duly executed loan documentation, utilization requests from the borrower/facility agent, satisfaction of CP requirements and Business Authorization. 
  •  Manage Loan Rollover - Process via ACBS to reset the rate fixing and new tenor and CAM accounting entries for settlement of due payment, i.e. loan interest, principal repayment, any fee payment.
  • Process ACBS booking and monitor the Financial Covenants 

Sanction Screening

  • Check the reviewer queue & approver queue in COMPASS to resolve the pending items.
  • Resolve all Asian payments related item.
  • Update the Query & Escalation log.
  • Monitor the Payment Screening group.

Instrument Static

  • Set up the instrument Static via Asset Control.\
  • Know how to access Bloomberg to check the bond information.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Min 2 years' relevant experience
  • Understanding of FCA rules and regulations
  • Understanding of risk and control
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good communication in spoken and written English and Chinese and fluent in Putonghua (preferred)
  • Proficient in PC skills
