** Analyst Programmer / System Analyst / Senior System Analyst (Permanent + 5 days work)

Our client is the most subscribed and leading network provider in global. As a result of expansion, they are looking for an Analyst Programmer / System Analyst / Senior System Analyst.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide analyze, design and implementation system development, administration and daily operations to business systems.
• Develop and provide technical support to the integrations between internal and external systems.
• Manage projects including user requirements gathering, requirements analysis, designs, system development, testing, deployment, training and reporting within the systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Manage vendors, own the system performance KPIs, driving continuous improvement on the existing systems.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions.
• Provide a regular status report to the business team.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with a major in IT or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT-related positions 
• Knowledgeable and experienced in systems analysis and design, strong problem-solving skill and knowledge on project management methodologies.
• Experience in CRM system integration with POS.
• Experience on third-party payment platforms integration with POS.
