Job Overview

The incumbent will be a member of the Information Technology and Solutions Department with responsibility for managing the implementation and support of business applications

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and support the systems to fulfil user requirements of the company systems
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analyst, system analyst and quality assurance to implement and develop system/application for key stakeholders
  • Conduct design / code review to ensure the system quality
  • Conduct development and system integration test to ensure quality of system integration
  • Able to analyse, prepare technical specification and identify possible problems and solution during project cycles
  • Provide support during user acceptance test and system implementation

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Proficient and hands-on experience UI Path and Power Automate.
  • Development and support experience on any of applications including SharePoint, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Experience in working with cloud service providers e.g. AWS, MS Azure, etc.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
