To be responsible for the support, enhancement & development of multiple application systems and projects.
To assist project manager to manage software project implementation within the specified time; cost; & quality, be it off-the-shelf software package and/or self developed applications.
To communicate with user parties (e.g. internal Operation team & external clients) for business requirement collection; user requirement analysis; functional requirement specification; user acceptance testing and application launch.
To co-work with internal development teams for project implementation and on-going maintenance.
To maintain good relationship with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Experience and Qualifications (Academic/Technical/Management):
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Sciences or related disciplines
Minimum 1 years of sound experience in software development
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Mandarin)
Experience in multiple development platform such as J2EE and .NET, C#, and database systems such as Oracle and SQL Server. Experience in Javascript, JSON, SQL, SOAP, REST, XML, API & MVC a plus.
Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC)
Good knowledge in IT infrastructure will have added advantages. This includes: secured networking; server virtualization; telephony & omni-channel contact center systems such as Automated Call Distribution (ACD), Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Web-chat system.
