Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
•To perform phone dunning to delinquent customers
•To understand customers’ financial difficulties and negotiate with customers on repayment arrangement
•To handle customer’s enquiries and complaints
•To comply with the Bank’s and regulatory requirements on risk and control
•University graduate or equivalent OR
•Secondary education plus 2 years or above experience on consumer banking
•Minimum 2 year’s collection experience in Consumer Credit Collection/ Customer Service
•Basic knowledge in collection activities on consumer products
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Able to handle and solve complaints
•Good PC Knowledge: Excel, Word
•Experience in Customer expectation management and conflict resolution
