An exciting opportunity is now available for a strong candidate to join a professional building products company! This role will help with business expansion of their teams in APAC region.
Our client is an international company, with a recognisable brand and offices around the globe. Our client has developed a brand name around specialism, quality and design. With their established brand name and expanding business in APAC, they are looking to a management role to further their business development.
Reporting to the Director, this position will be focused on developing strategies, managing key accounts, channels, distributors and developing sales for your region. You will work on a regional level, covering APAC, depending on your experience and network, flexible travel is therefore required. It is key this person is hands-on and has a passion for developing existing business.
You must have at least 3 years of experience in a sales position with experiences with APAC markets, in building products industry, preferably sanitary wares related. You should have proven track record in sales, team management and identifying new opportunities in the market. You must be a self-starter with excellent sales management, communication and interpersonal skills. Great command of Chinese and English is a must, while Mandarin is a plus. Proactive and ability to challenge the status quo will be critical for the role. Flexibility in travelling is needed.
