We Offer
 
Asia Pacific Markets team is looking for an Associate/Assistant Vice President-level aspirant based in Hong Kong to join the Business Development team to support APAC Markets in developing and driving business strategy as well as handle and implement strategic initiatives. A high level of teamwork and engagement with partners such as middle to senior management, business COOs and Finance in the region is expected.
 
You are expected to :
  • Develop and support implementation of APAC Markets strategy by scoping, handling and delivering on initiatives.
  • Demonstrate ability to synthesize complicated issues, and also performing sanity checks and challenge data being presented.
  • Support regional/cross-divisional initiatives that impact the APAC Markets.
  • Perform various activities such as maintaining up-to-date view of market important metrics, responding to management ad-hoc requests etc.

 

You Offer

  • You have a Leading school education.
  • You possess 4-5 years of relevant business experience with premier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, ideally combined with a position in Markets (position in strategy/business development is a plus).
  • Your Equities and Fixed Income knowledge is preferred.
  • You have strong analytical skills and presentation skills, ability to conceptualize and story lining capabilities; experience in business case development is required.
  • You have demonstrated ability in handling strategic initiatives in a structured and results driven approach.
  • You have strong communication and inter-personal skills in building positive and effective collaboration with cross-functional partners across seniority levels.
  • You are an excellent team-player with a 'can do' attitude.
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral).
