We Offer
  • A Vice President level role, where your key responsibility will be to deliver to expert recruiting sourcing strategy for the front office division across APAC. You will be a member of the APAC Experienced and Campus Recruitment team (ECR) and will report into the Head of Experienced Recruitment for Front Office in APAC.
  • An exceptional opportunity as a front office Recruiter owning the full recruiting life-cycle for the business groups you are aligned to across Asia Pacific
  • Partnering with HR Strategic Partner and relevant COOs to deliver valuable service to client population (including market intelligence, hire planning consultation, talent pooling, diversity initiatives)
  • Work with Hiring Managers to design and implement optimal sourcing strategies for their businesses, using various internal and external sourcing strategies
  • The chance to conduct direct sourcing including all channels - internal mobility, referrals, advertised search, on-line job boards, networking, research, company website and search engines
  • A supervisory role where you will guide Recruitment Coordinator(s) on a day to day basis who will primarily execute the requisition, job description, and approval processes, while also supporting direct sourcing efforts
  • An opportunity to develop and deliver regular recruitment reports for HRBPs and key business partners
  • A relationship management opportunity to cultivate positive, ongoing relationships with search firms
  • Capture real time market intelligence, trends and people moves to report these systematically to the business and HR community
  • The opportunity to become a Brand Ambassador - running campaigns and using your creativity to build and present the CS brand
You Offer

  • You have extensive in-house recruiting experience or executive search/research experience in front office investment banking, global markets or similar products ideally within the Asia Pacific region.
  • You have knowledge of in house processes, risk mitigation as well as the importance of compliance and regulatory obligations of a bank.
  • Control mindset – you are comfortable getting into the details to ensure that any operational risk issues are identified and resolved. You want to be certain that any resulting controls are balanced.
  • You have experience in utilizing candidate management/tracking systems and other online recruiting tools.
  • You have proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • You have excellent English written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin and Cantonese are helpful).
  • You have strong communication skills and can demonstrate validated client relationship/management skills.
  • You have the capability to prioritize and balance BAU tasks with additional regional and global projects.
  • You have validated team collaboration skills and leadership experience as well as the ability to demonstrate a positive 'can do' attitude.
  • You can work under stress, multitask effectively and prioritise appropriately and take accountability for actions tasks and deliverables.
  • You are able to research and analyze recruitment data, and clearly present findings in a professional manner. Confident in presenting to large audiences, and conducting training, would also be an asset.
  • You have high level of professionalism and a sense of personal accountability and urgency; you are not comfortable with leaving issues unresolved.
