The APAC Platform team is a division wide team with business ownership for platform delivery, and accountability for end to end implementation and the overall quality of outcome to the business.
We are currently seeking an extraordinary individual to help APAC Platform to strengthen the quality and consistency of change delivery by leveraging relevant standards and work practices. The role will need to work closely with APAC Change Governance and other Project Management teams to achieve this. In addition, this role will also assist on all business management related activities for APAC Platform. The role will report to the Chief of Staff for APAC Platform.

The right candidate will:
  • Drive some key operational tasks for the Platform team to help fulfill the team's mandate on having a robust and strong risk culture
  • Ensure the team have effective internal controls in place
  • Provide support to the leads in helping them fulfill their change governance obligations
  • Understand the change governance standards and develop a framework to test effective implementation by platform teams
  • Assist the Chief of Staff to provide day to day business management and support to the team
– Coordinate and support the team on any audit or risk reviews directly impacting the team
  • Ensure that platform activities are carried out in accordance with the applicable CS internal operational procedures and policy
  • Collaborate with relevant governance functions and other change teams to roll-out and embed new / changed standards
  • Assist Platform teams to rapidly adhere to ad-hoc planning exercises driven by business stakeholders or change governance
  • Be the single point of contact on establishing, getting sign-offs and tracking of change cost allocation to respective businesses
You Offer
  • University degree with minimum 5~8 years’ experience in a role with similar responsibilities
  • Ability to work pro-actively and independently and exercise independent judgement and discretion when handling confidential matters
  • Team player with strong influencing and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively within the team, with cross functional teams and with senior management
  • Great communicator, with excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Detailed orientated and strong organisational skills, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
  • Excellent written skills and proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in English language and having Cantonese language capability is a plus
