A new opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and passionate Sales Manager to join an International Fitness Equipment Group to expand the group's B2B sales business in the Asia-Pacific region in the hospitality segment.

Client Details

Our client is specialized in the design, production and marketing of award-winning fitness equipment. Their products include treadmills, stationary bicycles, elliptical trainers and weight training machines. With over 6,000 employees worldwide, the group is well-regarded as a key international player in the industry with a diverse clientele and global outreach.

In response to their rapid growth in recent years, they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to help expand their business from a regional perspective with a focus on the Asia-Pacific market. This is an exciting role suitable for candidates with entrepreneurial spirit and a strong background in B2B sales to hospitality channel.


Reporting to the Vice President, Commercial Sales Pan Asia, you will manage existing key hotel groups' accounts on a regional level by prospecting, generating business leads and building sales pipeline. You will also build new sales opportunities through solution selling to hospitality customers and cultivate positive customer relationships.

After identifying potential business opportunities, you would subsequently work closely with the local subsidiaries to drive business growth and address clients' needs by conducting presentations and product demonstrations to potential buyers. You will also attend regional seminars and events and follow up on leads and programs generated by regional marketing activities.


The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience in the hospitality industry with understanding on hotels' procurement and bidding process. As a leader for this market, you must have the ability to strategically identify business opportunities and lead sales activities from planning to completion.

You must also be a self-starter with strong sales management, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Being proactive and creative would be critical for this position. Fluency in English and Mandarin are required, an additional Asian language would be advantageous.
