What you’ll be doing…

Make a difference to our next generation. The newly created Business process Re-engineering (BPR) team sits at the intersection of education and technology, building something that empowers young minds. You will be a part of a passionate, driven team that treats you like family and emphasizes open communication. 

As a key member of the BPR team, you will help redesign CBI’s operational processes to enhance our services’ quality, output, cost, service, and speed.

A Day of your life

• Participate in design, development, implementation, maintenance, document and support of all assigned applications and projects
• Perform research or evaluation on new technologies, products and technology standards-Report clearly of adopted or developed solutions and work closely with the team
• Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by the Supervisor or management (e.g. data scraping, data patching, system deployment, MS office tutorial)

What you will need to succeed

• Having good interpersonal and communication skills
• Being critical thinking, well organized and detail-minded
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Knowledgeable in VBA, PHP, Java, Python, NodeJS, React data, scraping tools
• Having good knowledge of MS Office
• Keen to pursue a career in business analysis, cloud services, corporate sales, digital transformation, finance, information technology, legal, marketing, corporate and marketing communications, network technology, operations management, Talent engagement, and more
