Application Support Analyst

Joining a global supply chain solution provider, this Application Support Analyst will provide users support on application issues such as ticket follow up, incident investigation and troubleshooting.


  • Provide support to customers then investigate and troubleshoot incidents
  • Response to 1st tier support on mission critical business applications and escalate to 2nd tier team accordingly
  • Follow up on JIRA ticket request with timely responses
  • Ensure operation met with agreed service level agreement
  • Generate and maintain application documentation
  • Liaise with consultants and participate in projects


  • Diploma holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing users support and incident management
  • Technical proficiency with Oracle, OTM or SQL Server
  • Knowledge on JIRA is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well with regional stakeholders and vendors accordingly
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English
