FocusCore Recruit specialises in accelerating the recruitment of Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technology and Marketing professionals across Asia. We are seeking an Application Support Manager for Fintech start-up that provides brokerage and disruptive AI and machine learning technologies to financial institutional and private bankers.

You will be responsible for improving platform stability and fix issues. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders in regards to issue status and action plans. You will also manage incident processes from case report to the case close including identifying potential platform risks and propose improvement plans.

Apply if you have more than 2 years of application support experience in software vendor companies or financial institutions. Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana is highly preferred. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required.
