Application Support Officer (LeaveHomeSafe) (40K)

  • Administer operation team to provide 7 x 24 helpdesk support and operation service of LeaveHomeSafe mobile app and related system
  • Perform troubleshooting
  • Collect daily statistics
  • Handle complaints and enquiries
  • Process open data related to the confirmed cases
  • QR code approval
  • Data cleansing and geo-tagging
  • Work with outsourced contractor, infrastructure teams and different stakeholders to provide maintenance and support
  • Provide ad-hoc remote support
  • Bachelor Degree in IT or related disciplines 
  • 4 years working experience in IT 
  • Sound experience in helpdesk/support centre
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Sound knowledge of mobile app and web technologies is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command in Chinese and English including oral and writing
  • 5-day work, 8.8 hours per day, 44 hours per week on a roster basis (including Saturday, Sunday and public holidays)
