Application Support / Project Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for system maintenance and support, including online trading platforms, accounts management, settlement applications;
• Perform daily operation maintenance, including pre-opening health check, system monitoring, day-end operation, data backup and log management;
• Assist in project implementation, including system migration, UAT and other related ad-hoc project;
• Provide help desk support to internal users and ensure the smooth operation of IT related systems;
• Workflow system management and regular bill payment.
• Assist in project documentation.

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or Information System;
• Experience in supporting Securities and Futures trading and settlement applications;
• Knowledge of securities and futures markets operation is an advantage;
• Self-motivated with good task management and communication skills;
• Good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skill;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
