Our client is an advanced software company specializes in IoT technologies. They are now looking for suitable candidates to join their team.



  • Customer services and helpdesk support
  • Perform on-site technical services at customer sites for installation, maintenance and emergency fixes
  • Trouble-shooting and problem fixing of IT hardware and software applications
  • Support project implementation
  • System Documentation


  • At least 1 years IT related working experience
  • Knowledge of Windows Servers, workstations, Linux and common software applications
  • Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
