Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving live trading system issues for internal and external EMS users
  • Facilitate of internal UAT with end-users and occasional dealer training for new software
  • Be proactive, forward thinking and use initiative while troubleshooting and diagnosing technical and trading issues in a live trading environment
  • See all issues through to resolution

Requirements :

  • Higher Diploma or above in IT/ CS or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 years experience in IT application support / Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of web/ mobile application is advantageous
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Dynamic, independent and able to handle multi-tasks
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferred
