  • Provide application support services to end-users / clients through various communication channels (e-mail, phone calls) on software systems
  • Answer application usage and perform problem analysis on end-users / clients reported incidents
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis on reported incidents
  • Monitor support incidents and day to day reporting
  • Coordinate with software development team on application support issues
  • Perform system test to ensure quality products are delivered and meet customers' satisfactions
  • Assist in other duties as assigned



  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working experience in application support
  • Detail-oriented with good logical thinking
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and written English
  • Knowledge in various mobile platforms is an advantage
