Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of our outlets in different locations include personnel leadership, labour and food cost control, managing P & L, and enforcing company’s standard so as to achieve the maximum effectiveness;
  • Lead, manage and develop the team members to achieve sales and profit target;
  • Ensure long term business growth in accordance with the company's requirements;
  • Execute annual, mid and long term company’s sales and promotion strategies;
  • Ensure total customer satisfaction with the quality and standards of the company service and products;
  • Assess, recruit, develop and retain high performance team members.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above;
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in Catering or Fast-Food Industry with at least 2 years in Area Management position;
  • Strong sense of business acumen and foresight in seeking out business opportunities;
  • Proven leadership skills, effective presentation and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong knowledge in Catering/Fast Food/Bakery operational work flow, cost control, and managing P/L;
  • Good knowledge in MS application, proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage;
  • Candidate with less experience can be considered as Assistant Area Manager.
