I am currently recruiting for an exceptional, motivated manager to oversee a number of services across the New Forest and nearby areas. As Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will centre on business development, management of the home managers, recruitment, training and ensuring that the homes are run in accordance with CQC policies.

The successful candidate will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Proven management experience in a CQC compliant care home or multi-site role
• Strong business acumen
• Sound knowledge of CQC and Care Standards
