Job Duties:

  • Supervise the operation of a FF&E team
  • Develop design solutions that meet customers’ briefs for the international market, as well as in line with the company objectives, within the pre-set timelines and budget
  • Brainstorm initiatives to support the team’s creative delivery
  • Conduct presentations to clients
  • Work closely and manage jobs with teammates to ensure the projects are well implemented and met with quality
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years’ FF&E experience in 5-star hotel or luxury residential projects
  • Minimum 3 years’ senior management experience
  • High level of presentation and leadership skills
  • Strong design flair, good initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Strong coordination ability, good communication and organizing skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Passion for creative ideas and optimistic thinking
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Willing to travel, whenever required
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associate Art Director
