ASEAN Sales Operations Analyst

Guerbet Asia Pacific Limited

Reports to the ASEAN and Hong Kong Business Manager for the business activities in the ASEAN/HK Cluster: Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam. Mongolia and any new countries added into the cluster in the future.

The main mission is to assist the ASEAN and Hong Kong Business Manager to plan and execute the business activities: growing revenue, maximizing profits, business expansion and development, optimizing process and meeting commercial and operation excellence objectives set forth for the ASEAN cluster.

Business analysis: 

  • Build a monthly, quarterly and annual reports on summary of sales and operation performance analysis on each product, countries, distributors for the ASEAN cluster which include historical results, current performance, and expected results in the future
  • Work alongside with manager to define and standardize business reporting, and create dashboards where deemed needed
  • Participate to the budgeting process and review. 
  • Work on business plans for the commercial development in ASEAN. 

Sales and Operation Excellence

  • Support to identify bottlenecks in the sales process and find ways to optimize increase operation excellence and productivity by simplifying processes and implementing sales automation tools etc
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes, and own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and performance 

Demand Planning/Forecasts Accuracy

  • Own the end to end process of demand projections and monitor open orders and new orders to meet the target quantity and operation objective of the year.
  • Follow up with distributors, tender calling, bidding and fulfillment
  • Update of forecasts on monthly basis
  • Work alongside with manager to define and standardize business reporting, and create dashboards where deemed needed

Business Development And Marketing Support

  • Support in evaluating business opportunities and help identifying potential partners by conducing market research analysis, pricing analysis and feasibility studies, Go no Go analysis etc
  • Maintain and manage up-to-date distributors’ information and agreement 
  • Provide marketing support to ASEAN distributors (congresses, private events, advisory boards, products training for Doctors etc.) and events plan, documentation, budget follow-up, scientific communications, logistics, booths set-up & design, relationship with KOLs and customers 

Educations & Experiences 

  • Bachelor degree with sales operation experience preferably with proven result 
  • Candidate with Lean Six Sigma + Cross-cultural experience is a plus
