Core responsibilities

 

  • Assist and drive digital channel for direct business and its transformation of the organization through the delivery of digital initiatives on JPM platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, digital marketing team and vendors to formulate business requirements of each digital initiatives and ensure the solutions being delivered are able to meet our business objectives and requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement through automation and implement new process to drive efficiencies and allow the team to add more value and being a digital expertise across the business.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve our customers' digital experience and business contribution including user experience and navigation.
  • Keep up to speed on all compliance and privacy legislations regionally to ensure the solutions being delivered are in line with regulations.
  • Engage and manage appropriate digital agency relationships and deliverables.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and business opportunities and determine the right time and manner to explore possible applications and solutions.
  • Be part of the advocacy on a collaborative culture and establish a high-performing team to achieve common goals.

Qualifications and Requirements


  • University or above with technical and banking background preferred
  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience with proven track record of delivery preferred.
  • Must be a strong problem solver, effective communicator and a good team player.
  • Ability to partner with cross-functional teams at all levels for effective execution in an agile manner.
  • Excellent technical and digital knowledge including infrastructure, platform and solutions.
  • Solid understanding of user research, user-centered design principles and online consumer behavior.
