We are seeking a motivated and seasoned Client Advisor to lead sales efforts and drive the overall growth of the Direct Business as a leading digital platform in Hong Kong.


  • Leading the Direct Business to formulate and drive sales strategy which have an impact on business results, including new client acquisition, growing the AUM and revenue of the Direct Business
  • Leverage data analytics to enable sales and marketing efforts; a ctively manage sales metrics and OKRs to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns and overall business performance
  • Define and execute medium-to-long-term strategic initiatives for the Direct business, with a focus on growing the digital platform as a leading fund provider in the region
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the region, such as Marketing, Technology and Business Platform, to develop innovative solutions and rollout transformation initiatives that enhance the end-to-end customer journey
  • Identify opportunities to digitalize processes and achieve efficiency in all areas of the business, from internal systems and procedures to customer experience pain points
  • Work with Control parties to appropriately assess business risk when decisions are made; report and resolve potential issues related to internal audits, regulatory inspection and client complaints
  • Driven projects and perform other duties as needed

  • Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Digital, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 15+ years of experience in fund sales, fintech, project management or related fields
  • Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products including mutual funds
  • Strong understanding of the online fund sales/fintech market landscape as well as industry developments
  • Demonstrable experience in building digital platforms, driving online sales campaigns and delivering digital tools/solutions to clients
  • Client-focused, results-oriented, entrepreneurial drive and a passion for distribution digital enablement and innovation
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with a bility to deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Cantonese to cover client needs; fluency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Qualifications for SFC Type 1 licensing requirements is preferred
