The Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team to delivery HR business partnership in a dynamic environment. The primary responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with business units to understand their requirements and offer necessary advice and solutions
  • Implement HR strategies, initiatives, policies and programs to support business growth
  • Supervise and coordinate HR operations for delivery of resourcing and recruitment, employee relations, employee development, performance management, compliance, etc.
  • Explore and maintain external networks to build and grow talent pipelines in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Provide advice to management on issues relating to people management, corporate and statutory compliance, etc.
  • Develop and administer ad hoc projects as and when necessary

 

The Person

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained from IT services industries
  • A resourceful and resilient team leader with strong commitment to tackling challenges and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and numerical skills with ability to engage and influence both external and internal partners
  • Solid communication skills and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes
  • Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input
  • Less experience will consider as Senior Human Resource Officer
