The incumbent will provide administrative support to the Administration Department in assistance of data transfer during a system migration. Other office work shall be included such as general clerical support, purchasing & monthly reports in a property management office.
Tertiary education or about with 1 year working experience in office administration;
Detailed minded in data input and able to handle multi-tasks;
Experience in purchasing and customer services is an advantage;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
