Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer enquiry and provide support or solutions on e-banking services
  • Assist the team to prepare various agreements and internal circular for management approval
  • Provide clerical support to the team and prepare regular and ad-hoc report when necessary
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum 1 year experience preferably in banking industry
  • A good team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin. Knowledge of Japanese is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
