Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Process daily Export transaction and in-sourcing trade transactions for overseas branches, may require to work on irregular working hours, e.g. public holiday
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, filing, mailing, prepare banking returns and MIS report as required
  • Support Import trade processing team when necessary

Requirements:

  • Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education level with around 2 years’ experience in import and export trade operation with basic knowledge in ICC rules
  • Fresh degree / diploma graduate are also welcome to apply
  • Meticulous, well organized and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
  • Customer-orientated, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese 
  • Proficient in PC and MS Offices
