We are currently looking for a high caliber to join our Commercial team as “Assistant Account Manager"

In this role, you will:

  • Be the Account Single point of contact to deal directly with the customers on all issues
  • Follow up of customers’ feedback (comments, compliments and complaints) and secure that irregularity(ies) are rectified and preventive measures are taken to avoid reoccurrence. Customers shall be informed accordingly, securing customers’ satisfaction and consent whenever possible
  • Be responsible for communicating with all local process owners as well as the Business Support team of all requirements that are received from the customer
  • Ensure that all processes and procedures related to specific flights are completed, quality standards are met, and additional revenue opportunities documented on invoice
  • Need Problem Solving and Resolution, or if necessary appropriate escalation
  • Coordinate, monitoring and work closely with inventory controller to ensure the accuracy and on time submission of the inventory report to the customer
  • Communicate and coordinate with customer to handle product implementation, product or equipment change, stock delivery and loading to the aircraft 
  • Communicate and coordinate with customer and internal department to ensure airline equipment maintained at the optimum level
  • Communicate and coordinate stock checking support, inventory audit between internal departments and customer
  • Communicate and coordinate on shipment handling and provide shipment quotation to customer
  • Carry out regular on-site stock inspection internally and with customer
  • Be responsible for departmental general clerical and administrative duties including but not limited project handling, etc.


To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years experience in either Customer Service or Sales, preferably with hotel, airline or restaurant experience
  • Experience in Inventory Management, Customer Service or Flight Operations would be a definite advantage
  • Good pricing and costing experience and sensitive to figures
  • Proficiency in MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
  • Outgoing and good communications skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Has a passion in service industry
