Assistant Accountant (Accounts receivable)

 Job Duties:

  • Follow up payment collection and update customer accounts and control order release
  • Prepare monthly customer statements, reminders to customers and reply customer enquiries
  • Monitor & handle letter of credit collection and communicate with bank
  • Assist in month end closing and auditing schedules
  • Other ad hoc projects as required



  • F.5 and/or Diploma in Accounting or above
  • Experienced in letter of credit and accounts receivable in sizable companies
  • Strong interpersonal skills, high effective, good team spirit and independent
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer literacy and experienced in ERP system
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
